About
A career built from the ground up — leading at every level, from the tactical edge to the Pentagon, and now in the boardroom.
In military parlance, a "mustang" is an officer who started as an enlisted service member and earned a commission through the ranks. It's a path defined by grit, adaptability, and an understanding of leadership at every echelon.
Sean A. Raesemann served 30 years in the United States Air Force, rising from the enlisted ranks to the grade of Colonel. Along the way, he commanded at multiple levels, led thousands of personnel, managed budgets exceeding $80 million, and operated at the intersection of technology, intelligence, and national security.
After retiring from the Air Force, Sean put his leadership and operational skills to work in the private sector — founding and operating a wellness franchise with full P&L responsibility, serving as Executive Producer on a feature film, and building Mustang One Consulting from the ground up. He knows what it means to make payroll, manage vendors, develop talent, and grow a business — not just advise on it.
Today, through Mustang One Consulting, Sean brings that combined operational intensity — military command, business ownership, and academic research — to executive coaching, fractional leadership, cybersecurity advisory, business development, and strategic speaking engagements.
